I am not just another Realtor, but a Realtor who has bought/remodeled/sold his and others' home and investment properties in the San Diego County and Palm Springs areas for the past 15 years.
My diverse background has helped me build my expertise and expand my client base. I have been involved with over 75 transactions over the past five years. I know that every real estate transaction and every client is unique, and that each transaction requires an agent who is able to work with - and not just work for - the client's requirements.

I started with my own real estate investments in 1991 and became a full time agent in 1992. In the beginning, I was mentored by my best friend and broker, Chris Agnoli, who at the time was a top producer for RE/Max Santa Barbara and has participated in hundreds of transactions. Chris and his partner Dan opened the Santa Barbara office of Sun Coast Real Estate in 2001, and I ventured out back with him in San Diego in 2002. Consequently, I have had tremendous success in helping many clients sell and buy their homes.

My strengths include diplomacy, excellent customer service, and a sense of humor. My weaknesses are electronic gadgets and Jaguar convertibles.
My outside interests include traveling, from road trips to cruising, getaways to empty beaches in Baja, and keeping in touch with friends who have relocated all over the world.
My wife, Michelle, and I share our home (currently going thru the remodel from hell until Oct 2007) with our two children, Ethan, who is 3 1/2 years old, and Sophia, who is 1 1/2 years old. We also have cats, Hunter (hasn't caught a mouse in 7 years) and Sebastian (who likes to jump into our kids' beds at 3 a.m. and wake them).
